our stay at kasuitei ooya was amazing! the location next to the lake was perfect for a peaceful getaway. we really enjoyed the private bath with breathtaking views and the traditional breakfast was a highlight. the staff were incredibly helpful, and the onsen was a great way to unwind.

after my last stay in fujikawaguchiko, i was excited about this place, and it truly exceeded my expectations. the breathtaking views of lake kawaguchi from our room felt magical, and the private onsen offered the perfect romantic escape. meals were exceptional, a delightful blend of local flavors served beautifully.

We faced total lack of empathy from the hotel staff. When one of our group members fell ill, they refused to assist with transportation to a hospital, even though there was a shuttle van available. Instead, they only offered to help call a cab and insisted it was not their fault, showing no willingness to support us during an emergency.

The views of Mount Fuji were stunning. The private onsen was a relaxing highlight. Our room was spacious and traditional. Breakfast mixed Western and Japanese styles. A perfect getaway experience! 🗻
