would definitely come back there
Stunning views of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji from the private open-air bath. Room was spacious with tatami flooring and luxurious amenities like a coffee machine and a refrigerator. Breakfast was a delightful mix of traditional dishes and Western options. The onsen on the top floor offers breathtaking panoramas and relaxation. Absolutely worth every moment!

Beautiful views from the room and grounds.
We faced total lack of empathy from the hotel staff. When one of our group members fell ill, they refused to assist with transportation to a hospital, even though there was a shuttle van available. Instead, they only offered to help call a cab and insisted it was not their fault, showing no willingness to support us during an emergency.

Our stay was fantastic! The Kaiseki dinner served in our room was delightful, and waking up to a beautiful lake view made the mornings special. The onsen facilities were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring with friends.
In my kids’ opinion, more English-speaking staff would have made things easier.
